Genesis Industrial Group Circular Solutions

About

Asset heavy, on purpose.

A large part of this industry never touches the hardware. Assets are brokered, listed and passed along, and the value is whatever the market happened to offer that week. Genesis is built the other way round.

Position

We want the hardware in our hands.

Holding the asset is what makes the difference possible. You cannot repair a unit you never see, you cannot spot that a scrapped monitor and a scrapped thin client are a desktop, and you cannot learn anything from a transaction you only brokered.

Deep repair expertise, a cost base that actually supports doing the work properly, and a system that remembers every decision. Put those three together and you have Genesis.

Decision

Positioning

Whether to introduce Genesis Circular Solutions as part of a larger parent organisation, or keep the site focused on this operation alone, changes how this page opens. It is currently written the second way, but the header and footer across the site now carry the Genesis Industrial Group logo, which visually leans toward the first. Worth resolving both together.

How we work

Three things we hold to.

Repair before resale

The easy value is in units that already work. The real value is in the ones that do not, and that is where we invest.

One record per asset

If we cannot tell you what happened to a unit and where it went, we do not consider the job done.

Longer life, lower impact

Extending the working life of hardware is the point. It is better economics and better for the planet, both at once.
