Plenty of companies will sell you a platform. We built ours to run our own floor. We call it GAIN, and CircIQ is the intelligence layer inside it that does the grading, routing and pricing. Every decision it makes feeds back in, so you can see what happened to your assets without asking anyone.
Two names, one system
GAIN runs the floor, and CircIQ makes the calls inside it.
GAIN is the operating model, the sequence every unit moves through from intake to sale. CircIQ is the layer inside it that actually grades, routes, prices and predicts, and gets sharper with every decision it is later corrected against.
How a decision gets made
Every unit runs the same loop.
Input
A unit arrives and enters the asset record.
Assess
Condition scored against the grading model.
Decide
Repair, part out, or resell, chosen on expected return.
Act
The decision is executed on the floor.
Outcome
What the unit actually cost to process, and what it returned.
Feedback
Both numbers feed back into the model for the next unit like it.

Units are assessed against that model instead of sorted by whoever happens to be on the bench that morning.
Repair, part out, or resell
Decided per unit based on expected return, rather than a blanket rule applied to a whole pallet.
Every decision feeds back
What a unit was expected to be, what it actually needed, and what it sold for all return to the model, so the next one like it is called correctly the first time.
One record per asset
From receipt to sale, across two countries, without a gap where the paperwork changes hands.
Built into the system itself
You can see where your assets are and what was done to them because the system is built that way. Nobody has to run a report for you first.
What a unit should return
Expected grade and expected recovery, set before work starts and corrected against what actually happened.
This software exists to make Genesis better at the physical work: whether a lot is worth the bid, whether a unit is worth repairing or better sold as is, which channel actually clears it. Genesis is open to partnering with other ITAD platforms rather than competing against them.

Naming
Proposed resolution: GAIN is the operating model, CircIQ is the intelligence layer inside it, based on materials Genesis provided 9 Sep. This page now uses both names on that basis. Needs John to confirm before it's final.
How much to show
The architecture stays off the site, as agreed. This page currently describes what the system does without evidencing it. A screen, a short clip, or one concrete number would change that.
