Capabilities

Built to take volume off your hands.

Whether you are an ITAD without the US footprint to process what you win, or an OEM without an operation here at all, the point of Genesis is capacity you do not have to build.

The full set

Seven capabilities, cleanly separated.

Four get a full walkthrough below. The other three run underneath them, so here is the complete list first.

01  Advanced refurbishment and repair

Repair depth, at volume, at a cost that works.

Board-level diagnosis and component repair, cosmetic restoration, and function testing. The work most operations cannot justify doing is the work we are structured around.

The output is a better grade, and a better grade is worth more to whoever sells the unit next, whether that is you or us.

02  Fulfillment

A US address, with a Mexico cost base behind it.

Receive into El Paso, process in Juarez, ship from either. For a partner with no US operation, that is a domestic point of contact without the domestic overhead.

03  Remarketing into Mexico and Latin America

A second market for units that struggle in the first.

The US secondary market is crowded and picky. Mexico and Latin America will take hardware that clears slowly north of the border, at prices that make repair worth doing in the first place.

Being on the border means we can move a unit into that channel without a broker in between.

Channel detail

This module will name the buyers on the other side of this channel, and roughly how many there are, once Genesis confirms what can be shared publicly.

Programme structure

This module will describe how a take-back or trade-in programme is actually run, whether under an OEM's brand or ours, once that structure is confirmed.

04  Take-back and trade-in in Mexico

Somewhere for the old fleet to go.

Structured take-back and trade-in programmes in Mexico, so an OEM selling new equipment has an answer to the question of what happens to what it replaces.

Certifications and standards

For an ITAD choosing a downstream partner, this is often the first thing checked. This module will list what Genesis holds on either side of the border once confirmed.

Send us the list you were going to scrap.

Tell us the volume, the mix and the grades you are seeing, and we will come back with what we can do with it.
